Arrive early on Sunday, May 4th and enjoy a day in historic Charlottesville networking with your peers.

Two separate tours will be available for you to attend at no cost to you:

Tour and Tasting of King Family Vineyards
King Family Vineyards is a family-owned and operated boutique winery located in Crozet, just fifteen minutes from Charlottesville at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The winery specializes in small productions of ultra-premium wine that showcase the remarkable qualities of nearly 100% estate grown fruit. Founded in 2000, the winery's first vintage was only 500 cases. Today, the winery produces approximately 5,000 cases of wine per year.

The covered veranda, expansive lawn, or brick patio are perfect for outdoor picnics while the Tasting Room and warm stone fireplace are inviting on cooler days.

You'll take a tour of the winery and taste some of King Family's best of show, including the Virginia Viognier, the Cabernet Franc and the Meritage.

Light hors d'oevres will be served.

Tour of Thomas Jefferson's Monticello
Monticello is the autobiographical masterpiece of Thomas Jefferson, designed and redesigned and built and rebuilt for more than forty years.

You'll take a tour of the house, the gardens, the grounds and a visit to the gift shop.

When: Sunday, 2:00-4:00pm
Where: Boar's Head Inn Lobby at 1:30 for the shuttle

User Conference Kick-off and Welcome Reception
When: Sunday, 6:00-7:30pm
Where: Boar's Head Inn, Hearth/Arbor/Patio Room

Join your peers and members of the ScholarOne team for a welcome and networking event.

Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Head out for dinner on the town afterwards or treat yourself to dinner at Bistro 1834, Boar's Head Inn's restaurant serving casual meals and lighter fare.

Dinner at the Boar's Head Inn

Enjoy the Boar's Head Inn's Italian Dinner Buffet featureing assorted meats, cheeses and salads, gnocchi, cannelloni and traditional three cheese meat lasagna. You'll also have a selection of pizzas and pastas, finished off with a selection of fine Italian desserts. Vegetarian options will be available.
